June 23rd we drove up to Utah to see the newest addition to the Wells' family: baby Ray. We had a fun-filled, jam packed extended weekend!
Friday: We rested up (well Jason did since he drove all night) and then we met up with Ann and her kids to eat lunch at the Quilted Bear and meant to shop afterwards but the kiddos were so excited to see each other and start playing that we just left and went to Nana's house. She had bought a trampoline for the kids for their birthdays and they all had a blast jumping and playing outside!! Then we joined Brian and Ann for dinner and more fun outside! The weather outside was SO BEAUTIFUL!
Saturday: We went to Taylorsville Dayzz for some good 'ol fashioned carnival fun! That night we had our annual COUSIN'S BIRTHDAY party at Boondocks. We had pizza, cake and tons of fun in the arcade and on the bumper boats where we all got soaked!
Sunday: Baby Ray was blessed! He is so cute and has tons of hair!

Monday: We went to Hogle Zoo which was invaded by DINOSAURS!! They were animatronic (is that a word?) so they moved and roared. The kids were a little skiddish when they roared and Elise was so scared she wouldn't even go near the dinosaurs. Nana watched the kids while Jason and I went to dinner for our anniversary, nine wonderful years! I LOVE you so much Jason! I must confess something, I would have totally forgotten our anniversary had Jason not mentioned it before we left. Oooops, too many things on my mind! After dinner we packed up the kids and drove home, well Jason drove home and the rest of us slept! :) You rock honey!
