Oh goodness, behind again...

Well, I find myself playing catch-up again.  I have totally gotten out of the habit of blogging and don't remember until my mom calls every so often and reminds me that I haven't blogged anything lately.  DOH!!

JULY

July 4th we drove up to Utah and spent about 10 days there.  Jason worked most of the time because he was opening up his reality business in Utah and had a gala for the grand opening on July 9th.  While he worked the kids and I played. We had our annual Cousins Birthday Party. This year we planned to have a picnic in the canyon, roast hot dogs and have s'mores. But it started POURING rain soon after we set up and right after everybody got there. So we packed up quickly and finished eating and opening presents at Nana's house!  But what a fun memory!  Gavin loved roasting his hot dog on the fire.  Unfortunately we didn't get any pictures cause other things were on our minds, like staying dry!  Here are some pics of our fun in Utah:

July 10th we went to Gateway Children's Museum.  The kids had a BLAST!!  Absolutely loved it and we had a great time there.  We were really impressed with the place. Ellie is playing in water.  Jason got all the pics of Gavin.

July 11th the kids and I went to Kangaroo Zoo, a big bounce house place.  Gavin had a great time and Ellie had fun jumping but was too scared to go down the slides.  Wish cousins could have joined us.

July 12th we went to the Dinosaur Park in Ogden with Ann and her kids and Nana.  It was tons of fun! We got a little sprinkled on but by then we were eating lunch in the outside covered area.

The night of July 12th we had a sleep-over at Brian and Ann's house. They just finished their basement and it looked AWESOME!  Ellie was in princess HEAVEN.  She tried on all their princess dresses.  Aurora is her favorite though.

Gavin and Ellie also had to have snow cones and Nana's house almost everyday!  What a fun trip we had getting out the the HEAT and playing with family and friends!
