Fun with the Wells and Brysons

Late on Oct. 16th Jason's parents, his sister Jenny, Grandma Bockba and Marie arrived for a visit. While Gavin is reason enough to visit, they also came to see Trevor, Jason's cousin, who came home from his mission to Guatemala. Jason's uncle Victor and his family live in Tuscon, so Trevor, who left for his mission in Conneticut, came home to Tuscon. (how's that for a change!) After a short day of shopping and me going to work on Friday, the whole family headed down to Tuscon Saturday morning to spend the weekend with Victor and his family. His two other sons, Zach and Alex, who live in Conneticut were there as well. It was WONDERFUL to see them especially since we got to meet Weezie, Zach's wife, for the first time too! The homecoming on Sunday was amazing. I was in awe and amazement at the strength of Trevor's testimony of Jesus Christ and the truthfulness of the gospel-so simple and pure, yet solid as a rock like that of the stripling warriors-and the Spirit which was present during his talk. If all young men could be so valiant, true and faithful the whole world would be converted in no time. We are so proud of Trevor!

Monday was a shopping marathon! Launa, Jenny and Marie-y'all are some of my favorite shopping buddies! I think we spent like 8 hours in the mall. Gavin, poor guy, was such a trooper. The boys, Jason and Mike, went shopping themselves but for cars...(insert Tim the toolman Taylor manly noise here!) As the mommy, it was so cute to see how much Jason's family love Gavin. Unfortunately, Gavin was a little fussy during the visit, but we were trying to figure out some formula issues. On Tuesday, Victor and his family minus the girls came up and all who could, went to the temple. There is simply nothing better in life than being in the temple with your loved ones. Overall, we had an awesomely fun time with Jason's family and were so sad to see them go Wednesday afternoon. Luckily, we will see them again in about a month! YAY!
