Disneyland May 2013 with Nana and Potter

We decided to take a spur of the moment trip to Disneyland the first week of May and invited Jason's parents, Nana and Potter, to join us. We love going this time of year because it's after the spring break rush and before the high school graduation days. The weather is nice too. We decided to make it a surprise for the kids. We told them the day we left that we were going on a long drive but not where and definitely not with who. Gavin, smart kid, guessed where we were going before we could drive by the Disneyland entrance because he recognized the hotel we were staying at which just happened to be the same one we stayed at when we came to Disneyland with my mom last October! We had a great time with the kids and Nana and Potter! Here are some of the highlights in pictures! Oh, we got season passes so if anyone is ever interested in going I'm always game! :)

We checked out the new Iron Man place at Tomorrow land. It was really cool!

Gavin and Jason became Iron Man exhibit. The screen fits you with the Iron Man suit and you can dance with it on and make your digital self fly and stuff.

Good buys. These suckers lasted the whole 3 days we were there!

This was Potter and Nana's first time seeing the new Cars Land

Gavin was very brave and rode the Lightening McQueen ride (he gets really scared of the fast roller coaster type rides, but he was brave and rode it with Daddy)
